We have a New Name and More!

Today is the start of a new beginning for the Service Support Center Community. For starters, we are changing our name to the Operations Exchange. We are also adding two additional sub-communities; CCW and Logistics & Returns. This means that the Community will have transactional support information for both Cisco Products and Services. The Operations Exchange will continue to provide access to the latest discussions, support articles, blogs, news and announcements.
At present, the Operations Exchange contains six sub-communities:
Starting November 4th, users can also access Operations Exchange content by adding the Operations Exchange Community module to their customized MyCisco workspace. Create a customized feed of content by specifying the topic and type of content to fit your needs. Not familiar with MyCisco? Check out this short video tutorial for more information about using MyCisco and customizing your workspace.
