CSCC - Changes to Quote Upload Template
As of May 13, 2012, the Quote Upload Template in Cisco Service Contract Center has changed. Cisco recommends that users download a new version of the Quote Upload Excel Template from within Cisco Service Contract Center after the May 13 release to avoid failures during the upload process.
