Hello Harshada,

This article has details on copying a quote.

Using the ‘Copy Quote’ functionality from the Quote Manager Action dropdown, you can copy a selected quote. If the quote is "Invalid", "Valid", "Order in Progress", "Order Revalidated", "Conversion in Progress", "Order Booked", "Order Submitted", or "Order Failed Submission" statuses, it will be eligible to be copied.
