Hunting for Product Renewals

Have you ever started hunting for a word in one of those word searches and just couldn’t find the word?
I’ve found myself in this situation. I have to take a step back or work on something else for a few minutes. When I go back to it, I’m able to find the word!
Have you tried to find out if a product has been renewed? Are you confused about where to even start?
Take a look at the below columns. This info might help breakdown the amount of data within the metrics report.
D_Item Begin Date (Denominator) | Start Date for the item as per the service contract |
D_Item End Date (Denominator) | Ending Date for the item as per the service contract |
N_Contract Number (Numerator) | Contract Number |
N_Item Begin Date (Numerator) | Start Date for the item as per the service contract |
N_Item End Date (Numerator) | Ending Date for the item as per the service contract |
An easy way to determine when products should be reviewed is by either the Opportunity Quarter or Opportunity Month. PMC requires cases to be submitted within the Dispute Windows. Please review your metrics reports early as this will allow for accurate and timely resolution of any metric disputes.
Opportunity Month | Calendar Month for which the Opportunity is being calculated |
Opportunity Quarter | Cisco Quarter for which the Opportunity is being calculated |
