I spoke with the Smart Care team about this, and they needed clarification. Is this in regards to quotes, contracts, or the Smart Care customer portal?

Hi Harshada,

The Smart Care security assessment checks against 30 Cisco, and 80 U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) best practices. Unfortunately, a full list of these is unavailable. However, you will be ablve to check all the devices in your Smart Care enabled network against them using the Smart Care Portal in the Security Assess and repair section.
