Announcing the new Operations Exchange
We are pleased to announce the launch of the newly designed Operations Exchange. This will enable you to find answers and help meet needs while doing business with Cisco. Click here to go to the new Operations Exchange. We have refreshed and migrated our support content to the new platform. Over the next few weeks, we will be deactivating sections of this site.
As part of the launch, Forums and Blogs on the Operations Exchange are now integrated with the Cisco Support Community. The move to the Cisco Support Community is to help align all Communities within Cisco, to better address your needs. Information on the new links to update your subscriptions and RSS feeds can be found here.
December Downtime Notification for Cisco Service Contract Center & SCC for Indirect Resellers and Distributors
Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC) and SCC for Indirect Resellers and Distributors (SMS3) will be down while undergoing pre-go-live maintenance for 40 minutes from 6:20 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, December 6.
CSCC and SMS3 will be unavailable for 15 hours between Saturday, December 7, 6:00 p.m., Pacific Time, and Sunday, December 8, 9:00 a.m., Pacific Time. During this time, quoting, ordering, and contract management functions will be unavailable.
CSCC will have limited availability for 1.5 hours on Sunday, December 8, 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Pacific Time. During this time, nonstandard quotes with deal ID validations will not process.
