Cisco Service Contract Center and SCC for Indirect Resellers and Distributors (SMS3) will be unavailable for 71 hours between Thursday, March 1, 8:00 p.m., Pacific Time, and Sunday, March 4, 7:00 p.m., Pacific Time. During this time, the quoting, ordering, and contract management functions will be unavailable. Users can begin preparing for the downtime by accessing the extended downtime FAQ and Checklist and the System Availability notice.
