Hi all,

Our team recently created several renewal quotes through the QUE Tool which flows into SMS3.

How is the Contact Info populated per Quote? Is it by reseller or per quote? If one reseller has Contact Info populated, going forward will all new quotes have the Contact Info populated or do those fields have to be populated in a template when a new quote is created?

I'm being told the Contact Info is populated for the Contract as a whole, but the Contact Info needs to be populated for each quote. How is it populated? I know where to go, I'm after knowing how the Contact Info is setup in terms of flowing between systems.

Hello Brian,

Unfortunately I'm not entirely sure how the contact information is populated on quotes. I have, however, reached out to the tool owner for the QUE tool to try and get more details on this.

Once more information is received I will update this thread.

Hello,

For SMS3, the contact information can be updated when the reseller information(Company/Address) information is updated. There is a space for the contact information to be updated. Once this is updated for a reseller, it will update on the quotes when that BID is used. Same with the install site contact information.
