Note: In order to access this site, your first name, last name and email address have to be identical on both your Cisco.com profile and CCSI profile (CCSI profile is located in LPMS database).

Additional Information about Entitlemen

1. If you are a CCSI but does not have a Cisco.com account yet, click here for registration.
2. If you can't remember your password, go to the Cisco.Com Password Management Tool at http://tools.cisco.com/RPF/passwordreset.do. If you can't remember your User ID or, for any issues with your Cisco.com account, contact the Cisco.com support team at web-help@cisco.com.
3. If you have more than one Cisco.com User IDs, contact the Cisco.com support team at web-help@cisco.com and request to have your Cisco.com accounts merged under one Cisco.com account.
4. If your Cisco.com or CCSI profile was just updated, allow up to 24 hours for your records to synchronize before trying to access the instructor site again.
